What software do you use for project management? Do I have to implement it?
Depending on project case we advise our client one of project management methodologies and software. We strongly recommend MS Project, OpenWorkbench, GaantProject, Mindomo, Xmind or Gforce. We will grant you all access needed.

Do you operate on success fee?
Yes we do. Our remuneration is divided to the apropiate project phases, with success fee after implementation.

Do you develop complete project or just project model?
We are fully capable to develop complete project or take responsibility only for modeling and budgeting prework.

On what scale are you operating?
We intend to focus on one, two customers at time to set dedicated relations. If "scale" means project budget there is no clear asnwer - it may vary depending on industry and business model.

What differs you from other consulting companies?
Everything, but the difference is most visible in three siutations: when things go great, stable and wrong.
